We run a zero waste kitchen so the veggies that don't make it into our meals each week are boiled or broiled then blended and seasoned to make them into a yummy soup! Because we don't shop specifically for ingredients for our soups, we can't promise specific flavors or variety each week. You may end up with several of the same flavor, but they do freeze and reheat well!

The main ingredient will vary based on our supply of vegetables for the week but generally you'll find flavors like broccoli, sweet potato, squash, spinach, carrot, tomato, beet and bell peppers. All our soups include some garlic and onions that have been roasted in olive oil and are seasoned with salt and pepper.

Nutrition: About 150 calories, 3-7g protein and 6-8g fiber.
