In 2015 we started Prepped Gainz with the intention of bringing a convenient way for you to enjoy quality, healthy meals at home or at the office. We understand the importance a well balanced, clean meal can have on your daily routine and productivity. We also know preparing your own healthy meals can be time consuming with your busy schedule. It is our goal to make your day a little bit easier with our meals. Our focus is on quality, from the food we prepare to the service we provide, we strive to deliver you the best possible product. Currently we deliver on Sunday's with a radius of approximately 20 miles from Everett, Massachusetts. Our meals are fully cooked, fresh, never frozen and hand delivered by our own drivers in microwave & oven safe containers. Eating healthy is always important, we make it simple.
